It All Started With a Flyer...
Over 20 years ago my grandfather told me “you are either going to school or going to work, you have to pick one.” I saw a job posting for plumbing, and before I knew it I was learning all there was to know about being a plumber. I worked hard 6 days a week learning about all forms of residential and commercial plumbing. I enjoyed the work and was really good at it.
I decided to go into business for myself after hearing countless stories of customer who were taken advantage of and just plain frustrated with the service they had received from other plumbers. They either had a hard time getting a hold of someone, or, they were upsold a job they didn;t need. For example, being told you need a $40,000 repipe of your home, when a simple hydro jetting of pipes to clean them out would solve the problem for far less.I can’t tell you how many times I have been called to give a second opinion on a job where the customers was given a complex expensive solution that was not needed.
